COURSE FACILITATOR – DR AHMAD ZAHARUDDIN

Ahmad Zaharuddin Sani bin Ahmad Sabri, after finishing his SRP with flying color he was chosen to enroll into one of the prestigious institution known as, Institute of Religious Studies at Qurtubah Kuwait under full scholarship by Kuwaiti Government. He continues his studies at International Islamic University of Malaysia. He did his degree in Human Sciences and graduated in 1995. He continued his study at Nottingham University and obtained his Master in Theology just after 8 month there!! He worked as Assistant Director of International Affairs at International Islamic University for only 2 months before being offer to University Technology MARA as a Lecturer and a special task to develop oratory skill among the student there.

He lectured at the University Technology MARA for three years. Because of his excellent academic achievements, he was offered the opportunity to pursue his education to a higher degree, under National Science Fellowship to do his doctoral under something new to him, environmental management study. During his study at University of Malay, he was asked to set up an oratory unit to develop skill of public speaking among the student. After finishing his study, he joined University Utara Malaysia as a lecturer and currently he headed the nationhood unit.

He is considered as a “legend” in Malaysia debate. He had won all the championship held inside Malaysia as well as in ASEAN level. He had coached 4 universities including, UIA, UiTM, UM and UUM. He is also a member of Malaysia University Debate Council. He holds world university debate adjudicator license and had been adjudicating debate world wide.

In motivational field, he had a Radio program called “Bersama Cik Har”, aired by Radio Malaysia Selangor, for consecutively 2 years before he moved to the north. He also had appeared in Selamat Pagi Malaysia and a key star focused in “Remaja” produced by TV3.

He also a well known writer where he wrote in several magazine including MASSA, Dunia Islam and Tamadun. He also an invited colonist for majalah Perpaduan under production of Ministry of National Unity. Under his name, he had written more than 10 books; among the box office is ‘Isu-isu Kenegaraan Malaysia’ which had been printed for 6 series to date.

Until today, more than 50 motivational courses have been successfully conducted for students, parents, teachers, young entrepreneurs and workers. To date, more than 3,000 people have attended the courses organized by him. Among the organizations that have used his services are Kolej Telekom Malaysia, McOrange Institute, University Malaysia Sabah and University Technology MARA. And he never stops persuading people that they can do more than what they thought. Due to his fortitude he had be honored with “Bintang Kebaktian Masyarakat” by Sultan of Kedah recently.
